What I like here isn’t the tool, it’s the framing. Most people race to stack more AI on top of their chaos. This flips it: one clear workflow, one win, then scale. That mindset is rarer than the tech.

i’m with you. it’s a conversation i’ve had hundreds of times when consulting for our customers.

they say they want to purchase a new tool or implement a new strategy.

I ask what problems will this solve? is that problem a priority? why not vs later? did you consider other categories of solutions? other vendors within the same category? etc

have to start with some kind of framework around prioritization to be effective.
